Requirements

* The principal applicant should be 18 years of age and older
* Applicants should make qualifying contributions to the Government of Montenegro
The applicants should choose one of the following;
* An investment of EUR 450,000 to real estate projects in the capital of Podgorica or the coastal regions
* An investment of EUR 250,000 to real estate projects in northern or central Montenegro, excluding Podgorica
Applicants should pay EUR 100,000 government fees per application. The money is channelled to a special fund for under-developed areas.
