The Republic of Malta is an island country situated in the Mediterranean Sea.

Though densely populated, it is one of the smallest countries in the world. Its capital city Valletta is the smallest in the European Union. Maltese and English are the official languages.
The country landscape consists of indigenous plants and trees, low hills with terraced fields and good harbours on the coastline. Malta has hot summers with rainy winters.

Although Malta is known for its limestone, the country’s GDP mostly comes from foreign trade, manufacturing and tourism.

* Do a property transaction

Malta Citizenship Requirements
 

*Step1: Make a €650,000 donation to the National Development and Social Fund
Applicants with family will be required to pay an extra €25,000 per spouse and dependent under 18.
Applicants will also be required to pay an extra € 50,000 per dependent over 18.

 

*Step2: Invest €150,000 into Malta government bonds for at least 5 years

*Step3: Rent a property with a minimum annual rent greater than €16,000 or purchase a property

with a value greater than €350,000
