Saint Kitts and Nevis is a twin Caribbean island located in the west indies. It is the smallest state in the western hemisphere. Its neighbors are the famous islands of Antigua and Barbuda. St. Kitts and Nevis has extensive tropical rainforests with several mountain ranges. There are also numerous freshwater rivers flowing from the mountains. 
The island has a warm climate. Moreover, the economy is mostly supported by tourism, agriculture

and a few manufacturing industries.

The citizenship program requires applicants to make a significant contribution to the country in the

form of Donations or Investment.

St Kitts And Nevis Citizenship Program Requirements
* The principal applicant must be over the age of 18.
The candidate must then select one of the following options:
Donation
* Donate a non-refundable contribution of USD 150,000 for an individual applicant to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) 
* Donate a non-refundable contribution of USD 200,000 for an individual applicant to the Sugar Industry Diversification Fund (SIDF)

Donation Criteria
* A single applicant is required to contribute USD 250,000 (SIDF option)
* An applicant with up to three dependents is required to contribute USD 300,000 (SIDF option)
* For each additional dependent a contribution of USD 25,000 is expected (SIDF option)
* A single applicant is required to make a contribution of USD 150,000 plus USD 25,000 for a spouse and USD 10,000 for each additional dependent (SGF option)

Investment
* Purchase property with a minimum value of USD 200,000 from an approved real estate development. The property cannot be resold within five years
* Purchase property worth a minimum amount of USD 400,000 from an approved real estate development.

 

The property cannot be resold within seven years.
