You must obtain an attestation from a Monaco bank that states that you have enough funds to support yourself without working. This means having over EUR 1 million in a bank in Monaco. 
* You must have appropriate accommodation available in Monaco, and either be employed in Monaco
* You must be over the age of 16
* Background check performed by authorities must show you have a non-criminal record
